These Terms & Condition governs the manner in which Falcon Tandoori collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the falcon-tandoori.com website ("Site") and on Apple & Android Applications. These Terms & Conditions applies to the Site/Applications and all products and services offered by Falcon Tandoori. Use of Web Site
The Site may be used for your own private purpose and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
All content included on the Site and Applications, such as text, graphics, button icons, images and software is the property of Falcon Tandoori and is protected by UK and European Copyright Laws.

Site & Applications Uptime
All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that the Site & Applications are operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime as a result of software/hardware issues and accordingly we will be not liable if the Site or Applications are unavailable at any time.

There is a possibility that the Communication system maybe down but Site and Applications may still be operational therefore orders placed may not be received by Falcon Tandoori, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and issue refunds as per our refund policy (Below) if orders are cancelled.

Takeaway Orders – Collection & Deliveries
Falcon Tandoori offers a collection and delivery service for takeaway orders, the area covered by the delivery service is 3.5 miles radius from the location of the restaurant 16 Falconwood Parade, The Green, Welling, Kent DA16 2PL.

For the safety of our drivers, they will carry change up to the nearest £10 of your total bill e.g. if your order total is £23.50 then the driver will only have £6.50 in change. If you have larger notes please inform staff when ordering.

When ordering through the Site/Applications please be aware that there is a delay between you placing the order and Falcon Tandoori receiving it, in normal situations this does not affect the overall delivery of both services (Collection/Deliveries) but instances may arise beyond our control where orders are not been received by Falcon Tandoori. In these instances Falcon Tandoori will immediately notify (Where Possible) you.

A minimum order value applies to all deliveries, the minimum order value is £12.00

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel an order by telephoning Falcon Tandoori within a reasonable time (usually just a matter of minutes) and, in any event, before any food has been used to start preparing the order.
Where an order is cancelled after food has been used to start preparing the order, we may at our sole discretion, classify this as a "Bad Order". Bad Orders will be charged to the customer and no refund will be due to the customer.

An order may be subsequently cancelled by Falcon Tandoori, at its sole discretion, after you have been presented with the Confirmation Screen. Falcon Tandoori reserves the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.

You will not be charged for cancelled orders made in accordance with these cancellation provisions. Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled by us, in accordance with the above, will usually be refunded as per our refund policy.

Returns
Due to the highly perishable nature of the goods we serve, returns must be notified within 30 minutes of you receiving your order. In such cases we will issue a refund using the same method of payment used by you when purchasing the order.

Delivery Times
Our goal is to provide the best delivery service possible. Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan and factors such as weather, traffic conditions, busy periods and types of dishes ordered prevent us from achieving this.

Standard delivery time is 45 minutes and is only estimated, during peak times deliveries can take up to 90-120 minutes. Please remember we do not deliver “Fast Food” we deliver quality food.

Payments
Payment for all Products can be made by credit or debit card at the point of ordering or in cash at the point of delivery. We accept payment via Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa and MasterCard. Payments are processed by either Worldpay (Site) or Paypal (Applications). We will charge your credit or debit card at the point of order.

Refunds
Refunds are made using the same method of payment used by you when purchasing the order. In the event payment was made by Credit/Debit card then please allow 5-7 working days for the payment to be reimbursed.

Your Acceptance of These Terms
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
